There is no initial fee to start working with us. However, it will always be necessary for the property to be delivered properly furnished, equipped and cleaned in accordance with our accommodation standards, so that our team can prepare it for the photo shoot.

Decoration and filling in the AL market have their own criteria as a result of specific and very intense use and therefore must guarantee a pleasant and attractive environment for other cultures, without losing Portuguese identity. We have a team of decorators who are responsible for providing the necessary support.

All of our contracts are for 12 months, renewable for equal periods of time. If you wish to withdraw from our services, we ask that you inform us 30 days in advance.

Depending on the market, we may require specific documents to list your home with us. However, you will need to ensure that your property complies with all local health and safety regulations, as well as any government and local authority rules. Before you start hosting, we recommend contacting your gas and electricity suppliers for an up-to-date safety inspection and to ensure all fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are working.

Although we have processes in place to screen guests and ensure we control who stays in your home, we ask that you stay safe and do not leave valuables in your property while it is available to rent. In the unlikely event that guests damage or steal your property, our team of problem-solving experts will do their best to recover any loss. If the reservation is made through Airbnb, it is covered by a guarantee, at no additional cost. Through Booking.com, there is a security deposit configured in the ad, which covers this type of situation.

For all reservations, we request an identification document from the guest, and we verify all information of who arrives and who booked. For reservations made on behalf of another person, we request an identification document from the person who will be staying in the apartment. If we are unable to obtain documents and verify guest identity, we will cancel the reservation to keep you and your property safe.
