  • What happens if there is any damage caused by guests?
    Although we have processes in place to screen guests and ensure we control who stays in your home, we ask that you stay safe and do not leave valuables in your property while it is available to rent. In the unlikely event that guests damage or steal your property, our team of problem-solving experts will do their best to recover any loss. If the reservation is made through Airbnb, it is covered by a guarantee, at no additional cost. Through, there is a security deposit configured in the ad, which covers this type of situation.
  • How do you ensure the content of the property?
    For all reservations, we request an identification document from the guest, and we verify all information of who arrives and who booked. For reservations made on behalf of another person, we request an identification document from the person who will be staying in the apartment. If we are unable to obtain documents and verify guest identity, we will cancel the reservation to keep you and your property safe.
  • What documents are needed to work with Homeful?
    Depending on the market, we may require specific documents to list your home with us. However, you will need to ensure that your property complies with all local health and safety regulations, as well as any government and local authority rules. Before you start hosting, we recommend contacting your gas and electricity suppliers for an up-to-date safety inspection and to ensure all fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are working.

  • What does Homeful do?
    We help owners increase their income with local accommodation management solutions, while reducing their workload. We manage the daily operations of your Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms, including everything related to the various listings and their unique synchronized calendar, photography, price management, 24/7 customer communication, cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene and guest check-in and check-out.
  • How do they set the price of my property?
    We apply prices that take into account several factors such as occupancy rates throughout the city, travel trends, property location, events, seasonality, competitor prices, among others. Our team of experienced professionals will ensure that your revenues are maximized throughout the year. Your success is also ours!
  • Is there any initial fee?
    We charge a single Onboarding fee, the value of which depends on the size, characteristics and location of the property. Onboarding consists of preparing the property and includes general cleaning, photo shoots and the creation of communication guides with your guests. The onboarding fee is not charged in advance and is only deducted in your first month.
  • What is the price of Homeful services?
    Homeful is based on a commission system applied to the reservation value. We do not retain any payments; Each owner receives the amount of reservations directly into their bank account. For more information, speak directly to our team. We are always happy to help!
